Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered and/or made available for download, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

1. Digital Products & Licenses

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand you are buying non-tangible digital goods (e.g., beat leases, exclusive rights, stems, and related files).

  • You are responsible for reviewing all information about the product and license type (MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Exclusive Rights, etc.) before purchasing.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, access cannot be “returned,” which is why we do not offer refunds once delivery is complete.

2. File Access Issues & Download Problems

If you experience any of the following:

  • You did not receive your download links or files;

  • The files are corrupt, incomplete, or not working as intended; or

  • You are having trouble accessing your order,

please contact us at support@sonapital.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will:

  • Re-send download links or confirmations;

  • Fix any technical issues on our end where possible; or

  • Provide an alternative download method if needed.

Our goal is to make sure you receive and can use the files you paid for.

3. Unauthorized Transactions & Duplicate Purchases

If you believe:

  • Your payment method was used without your authorization, or

  • You accidentally made duplicate purchases of the same product,

contact us at support@sonapital.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your full name;

  • The email address used at checkout; and

  • Your order ID(s) or transaction details.

We will review these situations case-by-case. At our sole discretion, we may issue a credit, adjust an order, or suggest next steps, depending on the circumstances and evidence provided.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we ask that you contact us at support@sonapital.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Because digital files are delivered immediately, unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Revocation of your license(s);

  • Blocking future purchases; and/or

  • Reporting the activity to the relevant payment platforms.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.

Your continued use of the website and Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
